Education Department (Primary) Z.P. Wardha. (DIPSTAMBH) District

In the year 2022-23 and 2023-24, with the aim of increasing the educational attainment of students in Wardha district and to increase their learning capacity at a faster pace, the “Dipstambh” initiative was effectively implemented under the inspiration of Hon. District Collector Mr. Rahul Kardile and under the guidance of Hon. Chief Executive Officer Mr. Rohan Ghuge. Under this initiative, 100% of the teachers in all the schools of the Z.P. Management in the district were trained in ‘Bhavishvedhi Shikshan System’. Also, the study level of all the students (Class. 1 to 8) in the schools every month was determined and these records were made in the V-School app. Based on the monthly study level registration, teachers were required to provide guidance and remedial teaching techniques to students who were lagging behind in their studies in various ways and implement innovative and forward-looking study-teaching processes. The review of this initiative was being conducted at the district level. The ‘Dipstambh’ initiative was effectively implemented in the district through school visits and guidance by officers and employees of all the supervisory systems as well as presentations and discussions by teachers in central and district level education conferences. In this, through the joint efforts of both the Z.P. Education Department (Primary) and the District Education and Training Institute, Wardha, the achievement level of the students in the district in Language, Mathematics and English increased significantly. For the success of this initiative, Hon. Chief Executive Officer Shri. Rohan Ghuge was awarded the national level ‘Scotch’ award. This is the success of this initiative.
